Crown Cottage

Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve, all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

PETS: No pets are allowed except those assisting guests with special needs.

SMOKE-FREE: Crown Cottage is proud to be a smoke-free retreat.

RESERVATIONS:

Payment is to be made by credit card. A complete inventory will be done upon departure and if there are shortages or damages, you will be notified and your credit card will be charged appropriately. Upon completion of the inspection, your credit card information will be destroyed.

If you wish to make payment arrangements or pay with check, a 50% deposit will be required within 30 days of the reservation. Full rental fee is due two weeks prior to check-in.

NO BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF 25% DEPOSIT OR FULL BALANCE IF LESS THAN 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

DEPOSIT RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DEPARTURE.

A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF EQUAL TO RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. THIS WILL BE HELD AND RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DEPARTURE UPON SATISFACTORY INSPECTION OF PROPERTY.
GUESTS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY DAMAGES/BREAKAGES PRIOR TO CHARGE.

RENTAL PERIOD COMMENCES 4PM ON DAY OF ARRIVAL, CHECK-OUT BY NOON ON DEPARTURE DAY.

EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT MAY BE AVAILABLE AT $25.00 PER PERIOD.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION:

If guests should need to cancel less than one week but more than 72 hours prior to arrival, there will be a full refund less a $50.00 handling fee for administrative and advertising expenses.

If guests cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the entire amount will be forfeited unless we are able to rent the cottage out, in which case we will issue a full refund less the $50.00 handling fee for administrative and advertising expenses.

Guests may change the dates of stay for a $25.00 processing fee.

We respect your privacy. We will not share, rent, or sell any personal information you have given us. The only exception, when required by law, subpoena or other legal process or in order to protect the safety of the public. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

LIFE JACKETS: If you plan on any water activities, such as boating, pontoon riding, or paddle boating, it is the law to have one appropriate sized life jacket for each person. Bring your own life jackets.
